By the numbers, Girl Develop It Philadelphia has grown into a community of over 3,000 members and has had over 250 meetups including classes, study groups, career panels, and happy hours. What's the best way to commemorate these achievements and our 4 year milestone? With a party, of course!
Join us on Friday, October 23rd for a night of celebration. Bring yourself, your family, and friends. Come in dressy attire to share a toast with us to the accomplishments we all share as a community! We'll have food, drinks, swag bags, and more. Hear brief remarks from some incredible students, instructors and volunteers whose lives have been impacted by their involvement with GDI and mingle with community members who’ve supported the growth and success of Girl Develop It throughout the past four years.
All proceeds from the event will go toward our programs and scholarships to help women, including underrepresented and unemployed women, take our classes to further their careers.
There will be a raffle and GDI t-shirts for sale, so bring cash! Plan on joining us for the afterparty, too - details TBA.
