What is Galentine's Day? According to Leslie Knope, "...it's only the best day of the year...my lady friends and I leave our husbands and boyfriends at hom and we just come and kick it, breakfast-style. Ladies celebrating ladies. It's like Lilith Fair, minus the angst."
The best way to celebreate Galentine's Day is by eating waffles! Lots and lots of waffles. Delicious waffles, savory waffles, sweet waffles. And to gather with some awesome women and enjoy the day and the company!
