Come out and celebrate the hardworking, bright women in the Girl Develop It Philly community.
Our 7 Year Anniversary Party will take place on Friday, September 28th at Make Offices 1635 Market from 6-9PM.
Bring yourself, your family, and friends. Come in dressy attire to share a toast with us to the accomplishments we all share as a community! We're 5,600 students, TAs, teachers, mentors, volunteers, and friends. In the past year, we've hosted 51 meetups including classes, study groups, teaching meetups, and career changer events. And nationally, GDI just celebrated 100,000 members!
Your tickets include Philly-themed food (including soft pretzels), alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, swag, a photobooth, and lots of warm fuzzy feelings. You'll hear brief remarks from some incredible students, instructors and volunteers whose lives have been impacted by their involvement with GDI and mingle with community members who’ve supported the growth and success of Girl Develop It throughout the past seven years.
All proceeds from the event will go toward our programs and scholarships to help women, including underrepresented and unemployed women, take our classes to further their careers.
